THE POWER TO CHANGE;
Across the screen at the movie “The fellowship of the ring” rises these words “Fate has chosen him, a fellowship will protect him, evil will hunt him” .
You know.. that’s it. That is the reality of the Christian life. This statement from this fictional movie makes more sense and brings more revelation knowledge than a lot of pat sermons that have come our way…
If we could believe this about our lives everything would change. We would be so much more able to interpret the events unfolding around us, against us.
We would discover the task that is ours to fulfill. We would find our courage. We would unite with others to fulfill our destinies.
Does God take risks? if so, then, how is He in total control? hmmmm, I wish you would just take time to see the wild, passionate, risk taking heart of my hero. The same one that was instilled in you at the time of your conversion.
He BELIEVES IN YOU and He thinks you can pull this “changing other people’s lives for the good because of Jesus” thing off… I agree not the way I would have planned it for sure.
Did He take a risk on Jesus? How can a temptation be a temptation if there is no chance of failing?
By delving deeper into our faith and embracing the responsibility and privilege it entails, we can unlock the potential within us.
Our loving Father God, in His wisdom, has bestowed upon us three remarkable powers that surpass human comprehension.
These powers were given to honor His creation, humanity, and to establish a genuine partnership with individuals who willingly choose to work alongside Him.
His desire was never to control us like marionettes on strings, but to engage in authentic fellowship with beings who exercise free will.
In a bold move, God entrusted three powers to every human being.
These inherent powers are; Choice, Imagination, and Agreement.
They possess supernatural potential, yet they are inherently neutral, capable of being utilized for both good and evil purposes.
These threefold powers serve as the foundational building blocks of our belief system. They shape everything about us – our identity, appearance, possessions, relationships, demeanor, and more.
All aspects of our lives are intricately woven into the fabric of our belief system, which is formed and shaped by the utilization of these God-given powers.
It is paramount for us to recognize the immense significance of these powers and to exercise them in alignment with God’s purposes. These forces give a blueprint to and activate the “law of attraction” which is a universal law set in motion by God.
Through our choices, the creativity of our imagination, and the power of agreement, we can manifest profound transformation in our lives and impact those around us.
That is how you came to know Jesus. Somehow you heard the resurrection story of Jesus, you did not see that event with your natural eyes, but you seen it with your imagination, you chose to agree with that concept and your eternal direction was changed. E
Let us understand the profound nature of these inherent gifts and use them to bring honor to our Creator, as we partner with Him in building a world that reflects His love, grace, and
I believe there is a current call to rise above mediocrity and complacency and pursue a higher level of commitment and dedication.
When we tap into the power and wisdom bestowed upon us by our Creator, we can accomplish extraordinary things. As we align ourselves with His purposes, we will witness the transformative impact it has on our lives and the world around us.
It is through this journey of growth and discovery that we truly comprehend the remarkable beings we are meant to be. We will discover our purpose and live life as an adventure to be experienced as opposed to a problem to be solved.
So, let’s not settle for a superficial understanding of our faith as a fire insurance policy, but let us pursue a vibrant, meaningful relationship with God.
Let’s step into the fullness of our potential as Christians, embracing the responsibility and privilege that comes with it.
The rewards of this journey are boundless, and the joy that awaits us is beyond measure.
The hour is late, and you are needed. There are others praying and waiting for you to discover your calling, your God given inheritance, and the power you possess and come along side to take back what the devil has stolen.
